READ OUR ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY.

We have developed an integrated quality and environmental management system that meets the requirements of the EVS-EN ISO 9001:2008 and EVS-EN ISO 14001:2004 standards; this system is implemented throughout the economic activities of the company.

Ecoprint have successfully passed the certification procedure of Nordic Ecolabel. From May 2010 can be Swanlabel used in all our printed matters.

Ecoprint has won Estonian Environmental Award of the year on 2007 and 2008, in environmental management system and environmentally friendly product category. Contest is held by Estonian Ministry of Environment.
Ecoprint was nominated by European Business Awards for the Environment on 2008.

On 2009 Ecoprint has won Estonian Environmental Award of the year, held by Estonian Ministry of Environment, in environmentally friendly production category.

In June 2005, we were issued with the FSC Chain-of-Custody certificate by SmartWood, an organisation operating under the “Rainforest Alliance Program”. The registration code of our company-specific certificate is TT-COC-003418. The certificate is also recognised by the environmental organisations, WWF and Greenpeace.
FSC is the abbreviation of the name of the Forest Stewardship Council. The FSC label on paper or any other product means, that the product has been made using wood from forests which are managed in accordance with the principes of sustainable forestry. The FSC Chain-of-Custody certificate concerns the entire wood supply chain and wood processing, from the stump in the forest to the end-product. Only companies with and appropriate certificate can use the FSC logo and/or trademark to label the products.

In 2004, the Estonian Patent Office issued the registration certificate to our company for the trademark “Green Print”, or “Roheline Trükis” in Estonian (Certificate No 39546).
Green Print is the name of an environmentally friendly printing service, which was developed in co-operation with Estonian Fund of Nature. Green Print materials are printed using 100% natural printing inks, environmentally friendly printing paper and environmentally friendly and energy-efficient technological solutions. Green Print has won national environmental contest in 2008, held by Estonian Ministry of the Environment, in environmentally friendly product category.
Ecoprint’s customers have the option of adding the Green Print (or Roheline Trükis) trademark logo to their printed matter, and in cases where this option is taken up the logo will be accompanied by one of the following sentences:
1. Printed by environmentally friendly printing-house Ecoprint.
2. Printed on recycled paper with inks based on natural resins and oils. © Ecoprint.
3. Printed on FSC-certified paper with inks based on natural resins and oils. © Ecoprint.
The Flower is the symbol of the European Eco-label - your guide to treener products and services. It is a voluntary scheme, designed to encourage business to market products and services that are conserned to the environment and for European consumers - including public and private purchasers - to easily identify them. You can find the Flower throughout the European Union as well as in Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland. The European Eco-label is part of a broader stategy aimed at promoting sustainable consumption and production.
Ecoprint has the right to use the EU Eco-label in all print materials which are printed on Cyclus paper.
ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENTS
Ecoprint is publishing every year annual environmental statement. In the preparation of Ecoprint`s environmental statements is used the methods of the measurement of the ecological footprint and CO2 emissions.
